RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

  • All sales made on our website are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any exchanges or returns unless the product received is damaged or defective.

  • We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their order, however, we do not offer cancellation or modification of orders once they have been placed and confirmed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before submitting it to us.

  • If the product requires a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all labels, tags, and packaging. Such products must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. The returned product will pass through a strict quality check, and only then will the refund be initiated. Any products found to be worn, used, or soiled will not be accepted.

  • In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the proof of video recording while opening the parcel. We will review your request and may request further information such as photos or videos to verify the issue. If approved, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

  • Alterations would be done only once for the Kurtis, blouses or customized orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.

  • Items purchased at our retail stores are eligible for returns/exchanges only at the stores. Similarly, items purchased online can only be returned/exchanged online.

  • The credit note issued, will be valid for 120 days from the date of issuance.

  • The products purchased during this sale are non-refundable and non exchangeable.

  • Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that does not meet our policies or that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
